...First time visit to Rome.
The staff, particularly Luca were extremely helpful answering a sundry of questions from places to eat, tours to book, shoe stores, etc.....true ambassador of the city of Roma

RomaEverywhere? just the best...a special thanks to the manager Mr. Luca Mercanti who gave us the tip to go to a restaurant called……, great food and atmosphere that made us feel like playing at the Godfather. Of course, there were no other tourists there but ourselves.

The staff could not have been friendlier. They provided us with all sorts of advice that made our trip nicer….many suggestions for good food, a grocery store location, etc. Luca even made sure we had a cab to pick us up as we left for the airport at 3 AM!.
