Under the Legislative Decree (D.lgs) of 30th June 2003 n°196 the subject indicated in “contact” section of the present Internet site within the range of his own activities, supplies the information regarding the use of electronic mail address given by the user in conformity with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and its subsequent amendments containing regulation on protection of persons and other entities ("D.lgs 196/2003") in respect to personal data treatment.

In conformity and, for effect of the Article 13 of D.lgs 196/2003 please be informed as follows:

2.     The subsequent withdrawal of the consent for data treatment as foreseen by the Article 13,Paragraph 1, Item c) will entail the impossibility to receive the products or services advertised on the Internet site or to forward the pertaining order when to perform such operations, the supplied electronic mail address is necessary.

3.      Your electronic mail address will be revealed solely to:

1.      Other subjects affiliated to or controlled by the subject that manages the Internet site

2.      Public entities or private persons when performing their duties prescribed by the law

3.      Your e-mail address could be transmitted abroad with previous consent and within the limits prescribed by the Article 43 and 44 of D.lgs 196/2003

4.      Article7 of D.lgs 196/2003  grants you certain rights regarding the treatment of your personal data among which the following:

1.      The right to know about the existence of data treatment that could concern you

2.     The right to obtain the update, correction or amendment of the data as well as their deletion, anonymous transformation or their blockage whenever treated in law breaking manner

3.      The right to oppose yourself to the treatment pursuant to above indicated aims only for lawful reasons;

4.      The right to oppose yourself to data treatment with the scope of obtaining activities information by the subject managing the site;

5.        The holder of the data treatment is the subject indicated under “contact” section of the site. For any kind of correspondence you can use e-mail addresses given in “contact” section or write to us through ordinary or certified mail at the address indicated under “contact” section.
